It's Just A Habit

How you eat and what you eat are the result of a lifetime of habit building. Changing those habits is extremely difficult when large changes are attempted. The only way to change a habit like overeating is by breaking down that habits into very small manageable habits. Changing those small habits then becomes easy. As more and more small habits are changed, we begin to see the results in a dramatic way. The reason you can't lose weight permanently is because it's just a habit.
